Deadline Sale or Tender:
- Best for uncertain markets or properties with distinct qualities.
- Excellent for creating competition among multiple buyers.
- Often leads to higher sale prices and better offer terms.
Auction
- Works best in densely populated urban areas with many potential buyers.
- Demands buyers have financial capacity for unconditional bids.
- May exclude some buyers in sparsely populated areas.
Price by Negotiation:

ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING COMPLIANCE
Before we can work with you to sell your property, we need to meet obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering / Countering Financing of Terrorism Act 2009.
To do this, we employ FirstAML to gather the necessary information.
- You will receive an email from Arizto with a secure web link to an Electronic Identification Verification (EIV) form.
- You will be asked to submit a photograph of your current New Zealand driver’s licence or passport and complete a simple biometric video to prove your identity.
- If the property is in a trust or company, further information will be required, and the team at FirstAML will be in touch to gather this information.
